Keycare

Losing home, office or car keys cannot only be frustrating, but can prove costly, with security a main concern. In the event that your customer's keys are lost or stolen, Keycare Insurance provides up to £1,500 towards the replacement of keys, locks and call out charges.

  • All keys which are attached to the fob are covered – includes car, domestic and commercial premises
  • Reprogramming or replacement on infra-red handsets or immobilisers

  • £10 incentive to the finder of keys, courtesy of Keycare.
*Call out limits may vary and will be detailed on your policy schedule. Please note, one fob is issued per policy, additional fobs may be purchased for your family members that permanently reside with you in your UK home.

Home Emergency

We class an emergency as a sudden and unforeseen incident in the home which immediately:

  • Poses you or a third party a risk to their health
  • Creates a risk of loss or damage to the property and/or any of your belongings or;
  • Renders the property uninhabitable.

Home emergency will provide assistance in the event of an emergency situation. Cover will be provided for rapid expert help using a national network of contractors to assist and stabilise the problem. Our Home Emergency cover complements the buildings and contents insurance and provides peace of mind for your customers. Cover is provided for labour, parts and materials to carry out emergency repairs.

  • Organise and arrange for emergency repairs up to £1000
  • Arrange and contribute to the cost of alternative accommodation if the property is uninhabitable

Landlord Home Emergency

Landlord Home Emergency will provide assistance in the event of an emergency situation. Cover will be provided for rapid expert help using a national network of contractors to assist and stabilise the problem. Our Landlord Home Emergency cover complements the landlord buildings insurance and provides peace of mind for your customers. Cover is provided for labour, parts and materials to carry out emergency repairs.

  • Organise and arrange for emergency repairs up to £600
  • Arrange and contribute to the cost of alternative accommodation if the property is uninhabitable

  • Burst pipes or sudden leakage
  • Break in or vandalism reported to the police
